Even if you do not like fruitcake, we promise you will LOVE this fruitcake. It is moist, flavorful, and unlike any fruitcake you have ever tasted. It is so good there is no need to soak this fruitcake in rum. And in fact, we just spoke with Keegan over at Collin Street Bakery and he says that they recommends NOT soaking their cakes although you can if you want to. Bite size chocolate covered fruitcakes (they call them petites) are also available and make great gifts.
